Pereira's contract expires in the summer, and although United have a one-year extension option, the report claims Jose Mourinho is willing to let him go.
There is interest in him from abroad, with Monaco and Inter Milan both said to be keen on acquiring him. Valenica, too, are interested in taking him back on a permanent basis.
Despite this, the Belgium-born midfielder is thought to be keen to remain in the Premier League, with both Arsenal and Chelsea thought to be potential destinations. Arsenal's head of transfers, Sven Mislintat, is said to have identified Pereira as a useful addition to Unai Emery's squad, whereas Chelsea, despite having plenty of midfielders on their books at this moment of time, could make a move for him once players have been sold in the coming transfer window.
