Pep Guardiola throws beer to fan from bus during Man City title celebrations

This is how you celebrate a title win

Well, this is just supremely sound behaviour

Manchester City have enjoyed a truly spectacular season, winning the Premier League with ease and capping it off on the final day of the season with a win against Southampton that made them the first team in history to reach 100 points.

The final day of the season also saw them break a number of other records, just to add insult to injury for the rest of the league’s teams.

After such an achievement, the City squad no doubt deserve to celebrate their success with the same level of flair they showcased in pulling it off. Thankfully, it would appear that they are doing exactly that.

The club were embarking on their official title celebration today, which involved a ceremony in Manchester featuring presenters, awards and supporters, as well as the traditional open-top bus parade through the town.

During the day’s celebrations the players and staff can clearly be seen enjoying themselves with several alcoholic beverages, as is befitting a team who have just won any kind of trophy whatsoever.

Luckily for one particular Manchester City fan, the team’s manager Pep Guardiola appeared in generous form throughout, and even went so far as to hand the lucky fella a beer from the team bus.

Standing next to the vehicle as it passed by at what can best be described as, well, parade pace, the fan can be seen holding his hand up to Pep, who then launches a perfectly weighted pass of the beer seamlessly into his hand.

Honestly, it was like watching Pep stroke a cross field ball to Rivaldo, except with a beer.

After such a beautiful assist, we can’t help but feel that beer will have tasted better than any others that fan had all day.
