Juventus were crowned Serie A champions for the fifth season in a row when Roma beat Napoli on Monday evening.
Radja Nainggolan scored the only goal of the game as Roma moved to within two points of Napoli in second place, but the win also confirmed Paul Pogba and Co. would pick up another title.
Juventus picked up three points on Sunday as Gianluigi Buffon saved a 90th-minute penalty to maintain their 2-1 lead over Fiorentina, putting them 12 points ahead of a Napoli side who had four games left to play.
Monday's defeat for the Naples side means that Juve are now out of reach, and the celebrations were well under way in Turin.
The club shared some clips of the celebrations on Twitter, with this short video of Paul Pogba falling flat on his arse probably the highlight of proceedings.
