Germany and Borussia Dortmund striker Niclas Fullkrug is close to a shock Premier League move, a recent report has revealed.
Gaining recent popularity as an old-school number nine, Fullkrug bagged the crucial semi-final opener for Dortmund in the first leg versus PSG.
