Newcastle United Football Club have taken the dramatic step of revealing the designs of their next FOUR home kits in a major rebrand...

Fans of the club had been confused by the introduction of a blue motif to their famous black and white stripes, but seen in the context of the full rebrand, it all makes sense. Owner Mike Ashley is keen to push through the plans which will see the club ditch their dreary monochrome image for a more vibrant look. The scheme has been nicknamed 'Operation Teddy Bear'. Fans will be excited to know that plans include ditching a sponsor in year four to restore integrity to the shirt, that will incorporate a Sports Direct logo as an organic feature. newbrand
