New Wales rugby jersey is an understated treasure

The more we look at this, the more we like.

Over the past number of weeks, rugby fans have been offered glimpses of the jerseys their teams will wear in the November internationals, Six Nations and summer tours. The England kits, home an alternative, are designed by Canterbury and have gone down a storm with supporters. https://twitter.com/canterburyNZ/status/916264421273554947 Ireland have already produced a cracker, also with Canterbury. The away jersey is decent but the home kit is one of their best in years: With the November Tests fast approaching, Wales have also taken the opportunity to launch their 2017/18 home kit. Under Armour are the kit manufacturer and there is a new sponsor - Izuzu - but that's not the only change. The jersey is predominantly red with crests, sponsor and designers' logo the only splashes of colour. Quite unusually for rugby, UA have opted to go with a rounded collar. For us, this jersey gets better the more you see of it.
