Mike Perry explains why he sniffed opponent at weigh-ins

Mike Perry is an interesting chap.

Having belted out an X-rated rendition of a Christmas classic whilst cutting weight in his portable sauna, Perry carried his unique behaviour on to the stage for the ceremonial weigh-ins on Friday night. I was getting hungry." Perry wasted no time in making a name for himself in the UFC's 170lbs division, claiming four knockouts in his five Octagon outings since making his debut last year. A victory over Ponzinibbio on Saturday night would see him rewarded with a top-15 ranking at welterweight and a potential showdown with Liverpool's emerging star, Darren Till, at some point in 2018.
