For most British blokes New Year's Day is a complete write-off.
If you finished your night standing on a table, nailing Jagerbombs screaming 'come at me 2016' then we fully expect you to be curled in a foetal ball, wrapped in a duvet praying for it to be all over right now. It's par for the course.
But some people have jobs to do. Some poor b*stards have to get up on January 1 and go to work. Everyone at JOE stayed stone cold sober. Honest.
Manchester United loanee James Wilson was one of those punching in at the office today as his Brighton and Hove Albion side faced Wolves.
But some people noticed that he didn't look too fresh just before the Championship encounter.
We're not even going to speculate why. Maybe it was nerves, maybe it was a bug, maybe it's just his pre-match ritual. Who knows.
But we hope nobody slipped in that pile of whatever gushed out of his mouth...
