Sky Sports News are reporting that Man City have written to the Football Association and other football authorities to complain about the rescheduling of the FA Cup clash overloading their schedule.
A source at the Premier League side has reportedly told Sky Sports News that manager Manuel Pellegrini will have no other option but to reluctantly field a weakened team in the Cup clash against the Blues.
After those two ties they take on Liverpool at Wembley in the Capital One Cup final on Sunday, February 28 before facing the Reds again at Anfield in the Premier League on Wednesday, March 2.Explore more on these topics:
