Despite leading his side through their worst run of form since the mid-20th Century, Arne Slot still retains the backing of the Liverpool board.
That's according to a new report in today's edition of The Mail.

The immense pressure on Slot's shoulders has come about in the aftermath of a 4-1 home defeat to Dutch outfit PSV, the Reds' ninth defeat in 12 matches.
Under their manager's direction, Liverpool spent close to £440 million on new acquisitions this summer and yet are on track to complete one of the worst title defences in Premier League history.
The Reds are now 12th in the league, 11 points off from leaders Arsenal.
Even in light of Slot's position, sources close to the club's leadership, reported on in The Mail, insist he is in no immediate danger of losing his job.
Slot has already discussed rumours surrounding his job in the past 24 hours.
Speaking after full-time on Wednesday night, Slot said: "I am feeling safe.
"I am OK, I have got a lot of support from above. It would be nice to turn it around and get a victory, of course, but if you are working as a coach and not doing well then it is normal that questions are asked.
"I am OK with my position. It is not the first time I’ve been in a difficult position but it is about time that we turned it around.
"I have had conversations but not in the sense that they tell me every single minute, “We support you, we support you, we support you”. We talk a lot if we are winning last season and if we are losing, and then they are helpful to me and to the team.
"We do have those conversations but they do not call me every single minute to tell me that they still trust me, but we do have the normal conversations and in those I feel the trust.
"If you lose so many times, it is normal that people talk about that (my position)."
