Jose Mourinho has made some interesting changes for Bournemouth challenge

Thibaut Courtois returns to the Chelsea starting line-up, but there's still no room for Diego Costa as the champions face Bournemouth.

It appears that Eden Hazard will lead the line at Stamford Bridge, while Baba Rahman replaces Cesar Azpilicueta as the Blues look to get their season back on track.
