JOE readers reveal which strikers they want England to take to Euro 2016

With Harry Kane and Jamie Vardy both finding the net in England’s friendly victory over Germany, Roy Hodgson’s squad look to have an embarrassment of riches.

Danny Welbeck and Daniel Sturridge are both fit and firing again, while Theo Walcott will also fancy himself as an attacking option.

And then there’s captain Wayne Rooney – injured now but likely to return to fitness in time for the European Championships this summer.

With so many options at England’s disposal, we asked you who you’d take, given the choice.

One thing’s for sure – the options are looking much better than for other recent tournaments. There’s definitely reason for optimism, whoever Hodgson picks.
