Sporting the usual above-desk look of shirt, tie and suit jacket, many viewers took to Twitter to remark about his unusually high trousers.

Seemingly a fan of the trousers-up-to-the-nipples look associated with circa 2001 Simon Cowell, Jeff was forced into an explanation – pointing out that it was in fact his waistcoat.
Not the first time that the waistcoat has made an appearance, after such a Twitter bombardment, it remains to be seen whether it will be on our screens again.
