Describing the former Southampton man as Liverpool's best player against Rubin Kazan, Carragher believes that Lallana's willingness to chase and excellent level of stamina will see him become a highly-valued player for his new manager.
'It is going to take time for the new manager's methods to pay off but Lallana, with his willingness to run hard, looks tailor-made to play a part in Klopp's revolution,' he writes in his column for the Daily Mail.
The former Liverpool defender also points out that things appear to have changed for the England international since the summer arrival of Roberto Firmino, which initially seemed to spell bad news for Lallana.
'Go back to the summer and when Liverpool signed Roberto Firmino for £29m from Hoffenheim, it looked as if Lallana would become the odd man out as many were wondering how he, Firmino and Philippe Coutinho would be able to play in the same team.
'When Brendan Rodgers was making a substitution, Lallana would almost always be taken off first ahead of Coutinho but under Klopp, that could end up turning around. Lallana is a skilful player but his greater stamina may give him a crucial edge.'
Lallana is expected to feature against Southampton on Sunday, as his former club become the first side to face Jurgen Klopp in a league match at Anfield.
