Jamie Carragher restarts rivalry with Danny Simpson out of bloody nowhere

Almost two months had passed since Danny Simpson's last tweet to Jamie Carragher.

The simmering social media feud between the pair looked to have cooled and there was no more bad blood between them. Or so we thought. At the beginning of March, one of the most unlikely wars of words took place on Twitter between Leicester's Simpson and the Liverpool legend. Carragher had just criticised the Foxes players for performing out of their skin after much-beloved manager Claudio Ranieri had been sacked by the club.
