It's official: Chelsea are the most dominant Premier League champions in history

Some (Arsenal fans mainly) may argue they're not the most entertaining champions, but Chelsea are unrivalled when it comes to Premier League dominance over a single season.

Today (Wednesday) is the day the Blues break the record for the most days at the top of the table, reinforcing their status as deserving title winners.

Chelsea have officially been sitting at the top of the league for 263 days, which breaks Manchester United's record of 262 days set way back in the 1993/94 campaign. It's largely thanks to Jose Mourinho, who is no stranger to this level of superiority after racking up 257 days at the summit with his 2006/06 Chelsea side. H/T to DailyMirror
