Haye said of the announcement: "When I knew I was making my return the ring I wanted to ensure that my first fight would be accessible everyone, young and old, to help inspire people and engage as wide an audience as possible with boxing – this deal is key to that aim."
The fight is Haye's first since injury forced him to twice pull out of potential match-ups with Tyson Fury in 2013.
The Londoner is a big favourite, but De Mori has recorded 26 career knockouts and is a force to be reckoned with.
