Speaking about the rumours that UFC officials are working on a rematch between Diaz and McGregor for UFC 200, Faber believes that McGregor is at a loss there.
"I'm sure Conor wants that one back," Faber told TMZ Sports. "He got whooped!
"He didn't even fight the hands, man. I've been trying to tell Conor 'you've got to work on your jits [Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu]' but Diaz is tough."A lot of people don't know how tough Diaz is."
Faber also claimed that he sees a rematch between the two finishing in similar fashion just due to the different skill-sets at play.
"Conor's a good fighter, also, but Diaz is a more well-rounded fighter," he added. "He's just as big, if not bigger. It's just a bad match-up.
"I think it's a tough fight for him to win but he's always got those heavy hands. Conor has some heavy hands but the Diaz brothers are known for taking a beating and coming back stronger."Explore more on these topics:
