It's very hard to say which possibility is the more likely but when the Blues striker took to Instagram with the oddly vague caption "Thank you very much for all my friends!!!", many supporters believed that it was a sign of Costa's much-discussed departure. There has been a lot of conversation in this transfer window that Costa's former club Atletico Madrid are keen on bringing the divisive forward back to the Spanish capital.
