Glenn Murray has provided an update on his wellbeing after suffering a gruesome head injury during Brighton's win over Newcastle on Saturday. Murray collided with Federico Fernandez in the air, leaving the Brighton man concussed and unconscious on the floor. He was then stretchered off after receiving treatment from the Brighton medical staff.
