Gigi Buffon must really hate his defenders after conceding this goal

Even one of the best goalkeepers in the world can't help you if your defenders are on the beach in the first half.

Two early strikes from Giovanni Simeone - son of Atlético Madrid boss Diego - were added to by an Alex Sandro own goal, but that doesn't tell the whole story. In other circumstances, we might be praising Buffon for a remarkable double save and Alex Sandro on the line for a desperate block. Perhaps we can put it down to a hangover from Tuesday's hard-fought Champions League win at Sevilla, or even just 'one of those days'. But you wouldn't want to make Gigi Buffon angry.
