Gary Neville slams fan who claims Manchester United got favourable decisions from referees

Alex Ferguson's Manchester United teams were constantly accused by opposition fans of receiving favourable decisions from referees, in particular from Howard Webb.

The former referee became a pantomime villain for some Liverpool fans, and admitted that claims of bias towards United affected him towards the end of his career. Steven N'Zonzi appeared to elbow Ryan Shawcross in a game between Stoke City and Blackburn Rovers. Halsey said he had seen the incident, and didn't think it warranted a red card.
