Conor McGregor etched his name into MMA history this year by becoming the first man to hold two UFC belts simultaneously, when he beat Eddie Alvarez at UFC 205.
But it was not the first time the Irishman has held two belts simultaneously in one promotion. The Irishman lost just once during his two-year Cage Warriors tenure, suffering a submission defeat to Joseph Duffy in 2010, and has gone from strength to strength since crossing over to the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
