Manchester United forgotten man Liam Miller has moved into football management

Liam Miller was one of Sir Alex Ferguson's more forgettable signings as Manchester United manager.

Old Trafford was the third stop on a career that spanned 11 clubs for Miller and the former Republic of Ireland international is now ready to impart the wisdom gleaned from working under Alex Ferguson, Martin O'Neill and Roy Keane. Miller, currently lining out for Cork City in the SSE Airtricity League, has now returned to his boyhood club in a managerial capacity. Ballincollig AFC confirmed the appointment on Facebook this weekend and it's understood that he will juggle his new job in the dugout with his playing career. While he never truly lived up to the hype, having been heralded as the next big thing by many, he always knew how to strike a football.
