Those at the game have claimed Salah told the referee to "f**k off" within seconds of going into the book.
It seems like a fairly natural reaction to us - perhaps referees in Italy are less used to that kind of language.
If it was a hard-and-fast rule in England then there are a few players who would never last the whole 90 minutes.
