A difference of opinion over a penalty had supposedly ignited an argument between the pair
Manchester United's team spirit was on full display as they knocked Paris Saint-Germain out of the Champions League on Wednesday night, Romelu Lukaku and Paul Pogba, in particular, dispelling rumours they had fallen out.
The row, reported by The Sun, broke out over
Pogba's insistence that he took the late penalty United were awarded against Southampton on the weekend despite Lukaku being on a hat-trick. The Frenchman missed and was then apparently witnessed having a "stern discussion" with his colleague in the dressing room.
Pogba was suspended for the second leg at Parc des Princes and watched on from the stands before entering the pitch as the Red Devils celebrated at full-time, heading straight to Lukaku for a unique handshake and embrace.

Popping up again for a gleeful celebration during a post-match interview with the Belgian and Marcus Rashford, the pair hardly looked like arch enemies.

Wednesday night turned into a true United love in thanks to
the presence of former greats such as Eric Cantona and Sir Alex Ferguson, and you can add Patrice Evra to that list. The affable ex-left-back filmed his celebrations at the final whistle alongside Pogba, going as wonderfully ecstatic as he always is on Instagram.
