As a footballer, I can't imagine there's nothing better than going back to relax by a pool after a gruelling game.
Cristiano Ronaldo is no stranger to this and at the age of 39, recovery time is important for the five-time Ballon d'Or winner.
In fact, the forward celebrated scoring his 50th goal for Al Nassr in their 1-0 win against Ahli on Friday as he continues to dominate on the world stage.
His fitness and rehabilitation have been a big part of his success but even the best in the world have the occasional issues.
Posting to his Instagram, Ronaldo shared an image of himself in his recovery trousers with both of his feet on display.

What was nothing more than an innocent photo though has sent the internet into meltdown.
"22 years of pro footy man look at his feet.. he wakes up with crazy pain everyday for sure," said one fan.
A second commented: "His big toes are screaming for help.
"This are the price you pay as the best player in the world," added a third.
Another wrote: "Damn this one of the biggest price these footballers pay, to be the best in the world again huh."
Having played over 1000 career games, the physical endurance was always gonna take it's toll and since images of Ronaldo's toes have gone viral, so has Weston McKennie's comments about the icon's feet.
In a behind-the-scenes video while at Leeds United, McKennie told the story of their encounter.
"He was getting a massage and I was walking by and said, 'Oh my gosh, your feet look terrible!' and he said 'My friend, these feet are worth one billion euros'. I said 'You're right, respect'."
