Onana was thankfully able to walk away unharmed
Ajax and Cameroon goalkeeper Andre Onana was involved in a car crash on Monday when on his way to meet up with his national team.
Onana was travelling to Yaounde, the capital city of Cameroon, where he planned to link up with the squad in preparation for their World Cup play-off tie against Algeria.
Pictures of the crash show two cars smashed into the front of each other, with the ground around them covered in debris as well as both bonnets entirely smashed.

Onana was able to walk away from car crash
Thankfully, as reported by the
Daily Mail, the 25-year-old was able to walk away from the horrific crash unharmed, as did the other passengers involved.
The Ajax 'keeper did eventually arrive at Cameroon's training camp in Douala, where he was able to take part in the training session and declared himself available for their must-win fixture on Friday.
Onana played for his country in the African Cup of Nations, which Cameroon hosted, this year after only just returning from a nine-month suspension.

Onana recently returned from reduced doping ban
The shot-stopper had initially been banned for a year by UEFA for a year after he tested positive for Furosemide, but had claimed he had taken the illegal substance accidentally.
Following a review, the Court of Arbitration for Sport reduced his ban by three months after finding "no significant fault" from Onana.
The 25-year-old is also set to leave Dutch side Ajax on a free transfer in the summer and is expected to sign for the current champions of Italy, Inter Milan in the summer.
