Former Norwich striker Grant Holt has his first pro-wrestling match this weekend

He has already won a Royal Rumble

Former Norwich, Nottingham Forrest and Sheffield Wednesday striker Grant Holt is due to have his first wrestling match this weekend. After retiring from the game in 2018, Holt signed a deal with the professional wrestling promotion World Association of Wrestling (WAW) to appear on several of the shows. This was no quick cash-grab either - Holt has been training since last year, undergoing a full wrestling scholarship to make sure he can run the ropes like a pro.
