We can all agree that Manuel Neuer served up an unbelievable Champions League Final performance on Sunday night. He was integral to Bayern Munich overcoming Paris Saint-Germain to win their sixth European Cup and complete a historic treble. A string of amazing saves - most of them with his legs - kept PSG at bay throughout a tense final and left the Parisians in tears. Neymar in particular.

But that wasn't enough for the merciless Neuer. He had another cruel jab up his sleeve, just to rub further salt into the wound. Shortly after receiving his winners' medal and getting his hands on the trophy, the impenetrable German shared an image of the celebrations via his Instagram account - which is absolutely fair enough we're sure you'll agree. Why shouldn't he revel in this special moment?
But he purposely changed his location from the Estádio da Luz in Lisbon to the Stade Veledrome in Marseille - home of PSG's fierce rivals Olympique de Marseille. They of course remain the only French club to win the Champions League, and their fans celebrated accordingly with a thunderous fireworks display in the city on Sunday night. What that has to do with Neuer beyond taking the piss is a quantry.
So what do you think? Great craic or needless banter?
