There's been a late change of plans for Manchester United's trip to play Newcastle in the Premier League tonight.
ten Hag's squad arrived at Manchester Airport at 10am on Saturday morning ahead of an 11am flight.
However disaster struck when the short plane journey was cancelled last minute due to bad weather and technical issues.
Instead the squad are facing a 158-mile trip to the North East via coach.
It's been a week of metaphorical break-downs for Manchester United.
They surrendered a two-goal lead twice in their midweek European fixture against Turkish side Galatasaray to leave their hopes of progression to the Last 16 hanging by a thread.
Despite sitting bottom of their group after two blunders from under-fire goalkeeper André Onana, ten Hag has backed the shot-stopper saying he's got "strong character" and is statistically the second-best goalkeeper in the Premier League.
United have eight wins and five losses to their name in their domestic campaign.
However if results go their way this weekend, they could find themselves overtaking Spurs in fifth place.
Manchester United aren't the only team affected by the bad weather this weekend.
In fact they're one of the lucky ones - several fixtures have been called off entirely due to the frost.
Eleven of Saturday's SPFL matches have been postponed because of snow and freezing temperatures, including Livingston v Ross County in the Premiership.
Non-league Alfreton Town's FA Cup second-round tie with League Two side Walsall was called off due to a frozen pitch just minutes before kick-off.
The match was scheduled to be broadcast on BBC One.
