The talented youngster is set for a move to Anfield next year... just not according to Bellingham himself
Jude Bellingham has laughed off rumours that he will join Liverpool next summer after Craig Hignett stated he had it on 'good authority' via FourFourTwo.
Bellingham has been a revelation since joining Borussia Dortmund in 2020 and has established himself as a key member of the Bundesliga side in the heart of the midfield.
At only 18 years of age, Bellingham has already made over 100 career appearances as well as featuring for the England senior side on eight separate occasions.
His form has sparked lots of interest in the youngster, with reports constantly linking him to a move to the Premier League. And according to this report, Bellingham has apparently told people he will be moving to Anfield next season.
Speaking to BBC Radio Merseyside, Hignett said: “Whether that is January or whether that is the end of the season isn’t sure yet, but I think, I have it on good authority that it is almost a cert.“
Well Hignett may want to find some better sources as Bellingham himself has quashed those rumours taking to Twitter to share the post with a GIF of him laughing.

Quite clearly, these accusations of him informing his Dortmund teammates he'll be on his way sooner rather than later are nonsense and is perfectly happy at the club.
This was also recently confirmed by Dortmund's sporting director Sebastian Kehl who did admit there were several clubs interested in the 18-year-old which shows just the club are moving in the right direction.
In an interview with Sport1, Kehl said: "There's a lot of interest around Jude Bellingham, not only Liverpool.
"It's good that we talk about our players. It shows that we are doing something right. We can offer a lot at Borussia Dortmund. We want to win titles, but we have to keep the guys for that."
