Grealish kept his promise

Jack Grealish stuck to his word and performed a celebration requested by young Manchester City fan Finlay. Finlay, who suffers from cerebral palsy was surprised by his favourite player and was able to speak to his idol after sending the City winger a letter. The winger was able to stroll home into an empty net as Callum Wilson selflessly picked out the number seven.
