Jack Grealish stuck to his word and performed a celebration requested by young Manchester City fan Finlay.
Finlay, who suffers from cerebral palsy was surprised by his favourite player and was able to speak to his idol after sending the City winger a letter.
During their special meeting Finlay made the request for Grealish to perform a certain celebration when he next scored a goal.

Grealish came off the bench and scored England's sixth as they cruised past Iran in their World Cup opener. The winger was able to stroll home into an empty net as Callum Wilson selflessly picked out the number seven.
Upon finding the back of the net, Grealish then performed the celebration in front of the camera with a wide smile on his face and no doubt Finlay was smiling back at him from home.

It rounded off a remarkable performance for Gareth Southgate's side as they scored six goals for the second World Cup running.
Jude Bellingham opened the floodgates in the 35rd minute with a glancing header before two quick fire goals from Bukayo Saka and Raheem Sterling had England well in control.
Saka then doubled his tally before Iran pulled one back through Mehdi Taremi. Saka's replacement Marcus Rashford made an instant impact off the bench to restore England's four-goal lead before Grealish made it six.
Taremi then reduced the deficit once again after Iran were awarded a controversial penalty but it didn't dampen spirits as England started their campaign with a convincing win.
England now turn their attention to Friday's game against the USA.
