Carlos Queiroz stormed out of the press conference
Iran boss Carlos Queiroz stormed out of his recent press conference after he was asked about women's rights in the country.
There have been calls to expel Iran from the upcoming World Cup due to the ongoing unrest in the country which has seen men and women protest the death of death of Mahsa Amin, a Kurdish woman who died while in police custody earlier this month.
Further protests have also taken place in the country over the enforced wearing of hijabs for women.
Ahead of his side's start to the tournament, Queiroz was asked about the situation in Iran and he said he would only answer if he received a fee.
"Are you ok representing a country like Iran at this World Cup that represses the rights of women?" the reporter asked.
"To which channel you work?" Queiroz replied.
The reporter told him it was Sky, to which the 69-year-old said: "How much you pay me to answer that question? You are a private company, how much you pay me?
"Talk with your boss and at the end of the World Cup, I can give you the answer if you make me a good offer. Thank you."

"You say it's an honour..." the reporter answered as Queiroz began to leave his seat.
"No, no. I'm saying, to answer to that question, don't put in my mouth words that I did not say," he responded. "I'm asking to your company, how much you pay me to answer to that question?
"I think you should start to think about what happened with the immigrants in England also. Go think about that."
Iran begin their World Cup campaign against England on Monday before taking on Wales and concluding their group stage fixtures against the USA.
