Harry Redknapp has come out of retirement to return to the dugout to take charge of Britain's 'worst' football team.
Redknapp, 76, will take on the task of managing Swansea Senior League side Cwm Albion over the coming weeks was he attempts to turn their season around.
Among their playing staff they have 73-year-old John Rees, who has been with the club for over 50 years and Jamie MacDonald, the goalkeeper that has failed to keep a clean sheet in 10 years.
Oh, and they have a goal difference of -191.
There's also a strong family feel about the club, with father and son duos, Colin and Dan Gill, and Ian and Logan Stephens all playing for the side.
Hopeful for a resurgence, Redknapp said: "When I got the call up from Specsavers, I didn’t know what to expect.
"The team’s 191-goal difference certainly caught my eye, but after meeting the lads, you can’t doubt their determination. They’re a real close unit, and their hard work is already starting to pay off."
Sorry Sandra, I’ve one more managerial job left in me!

It appears that Redknapp has already made the perfect start as Cwm Albion secured their first win in three years - beating Tennant Colts 4-3 in their most recent fixture.
He also jokingly said he would try and convince a favourite of his, Niko Krancjar, to join the club.
"We’ll dig him out, bring him down. Get a couple of ringers in there."
Cwm Albion were awarded the title of ‘Specsavers’ Best Worst Team’ after beating 2,000 grassroots side to the so-called achievement.
Coach Dan Gill said: "Having Harry on board for the season is the biggest thing to have happened to our club since I joined when I was 16 years old.
"He’s a huge inspiration for myself and the lads and we can’t wait to start training with him."
Specsavers will document Redknapp and Cwm's fortunes throughout the season in a series of episodes, that will be narrated by Jill Scott, on YouTube.
