Hamburg goalkeeper Daniel Heuer Fernandes has been given a claim to fame - although not how he wanted.
The Bundesliga 2 side's shot-stopper has gone viral after scoring what many are claiming to be the "best own goal ever".
Fernandes was at fault for the second goal in the heated derby game that their gave their fierce rivals St Pauli a 2-0 lead.
A poor piece of defensive play left Fernandes scrambling to reach the ball before it rolled over the line.
But as he attempted to clear the ball away, the 31-year-old instead fired the ball into his own net, leaving him red-faced.
"What on earth has happened there?!" 🤯

Thankfully for Fernandes, his mistake didn't prove to be too costly as Hamburg fought back from two goals to draw 2-2.
Social media unsurprisingly caught wind of the goal, with many suggesting it was one of the best own goals they had seen.
"Defender wanted to score own goal but missed, so the goalkeeper helped him," said one fan.
A second wrote: "Possibly the greatest own goal I have ever seen, absolutely sensational work from HSV."
Another commented: "I refuse to believe this actually happens in professional football.
"Someone explain to me why teams are intent on forcing their keepers to become playmakers! Very few keepers are comfortable with the ball at their feet in open play, it's a totally unnecessary risk!" wrote a fourth.
