Speaking to Sport Foot Magazine, the Belgian openly admitted that he'd be interested in leaving Stamford Bridge to return to the Spanish capital, where he spent three years on loan at Atletico Madrid between 2011 and 2014.
"If Real Madrid want me, I'd have to speak with Chelsea," he explained.
"If they are interested, my personal situation would affect things. My two kids live in Madrid with their mother. The family aspect has no price. My heart is in Madrid."
