The AC Milan manager is one of football's great motivators, mainly due to the fact that he's just a little bit terrifying. Gattuso has overseen one of the most remarkable upturns in form since taking over at the San Siro in November, with his side now on a 12-match unbeaten streak. The latest victory came on Sunday night, when AC Milan upset Roma at the Stadio Olimpico and Gattuso was at his intense best throughout the game. Prior to half-time, Gattuso and Kolarov exchanged words when the Roma left-back was preparing to take a throw-in right in front of the away dugout.
