'Practice what you preach'
Rhodri Giggs, the brother of former Manchester United winger Ryan, has criticised Gary Neville over the sacking of Salford City manager Gary Bowyer.
Bowyer was relieved of his duties after just one full season in charge and Salford will be looking for their fourth permanent manager in less than two years after the previous sackings of Graham Alexander and Richie Wellens.

Neville, who is one of the owners at the League Two side alongside several other members of the 'Class of 92' has often spoken of his frustration at the lack of patience clubs have with their managers.
In particular, the
Sky Sports pundit was critical of United's treatment of former boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, however the 47-year-old has been accused of being hypocritical for his reluctance to give managers time at his own club.
Giggs posted a screenshot of a tweet from Neville which said: "The scary thing is that a large percentage of people now actually support these sackings as they've become accustomed to it... How can you build a football team without getting 2-3 years. A rule change is required to moderate sackings of managers mid season in the first year at a club."

It comes after Neville's
Sky colleague Jamie Carragher also poked fun at Neville's hire and fire policy with a tweet which read: "@GNev2 puts more people out of work than Boris Johnson."

Salford have yet to confirm their replacement yet however former Lincoln City manager Michael Appleton, who also played for United, is the favourite to take the reins.
