Rest in peace, Jamie
Former Swindon Town defender Jamie Vincent has died at the age of the 46, the club have confirmed.
Vincent represented several clubs at EFL level including AFC Bournemouth, Huddersfield Town, Derby County, Yeovil Town, Walsall and non-league outfit Aldershot Town before ending his career at Didcot Town in 2012.
The former Portsmouth and Crystal Palace player suffered a fatal cardiac arrest.
Former teammates have posted tributes to Vincent on social media following the announcement of the tragic news.
His former club, Swindon released a short statement saying: "Swindon Town Football Club are incredibly saddened to learn of the passing of former defender, Jamie Vincent.
"Our thoughts go out to all of Jamie's family and friends at this incredibly sad time. RIP."

Former Palace player Grant Watts also paid tribute to his former teammate, writing: "Gutting to hear this morning that one of my old ex-Palace team-mates Jamie Vincent has passed away suddenly with a cardiac arrest. Thinking of his family at this very sad time."
