At the time of the final there were widespread reports of mass drug taking, aggressive behaviour, intimidation and outright violence earlier in the day before many stormed their way into the ground without tickets.
Brent Council have received plans which have been designed to help "enhance security standards", as reported by the BBC.
Among the plans includes new perimeter fences at entrance points to "deter unwanted guests climbing and rushing" towards the stadium.
Any decision to approve the plans or not will be determined by the Brent Council.
