The coverage of the Euro 2024 draw was overshadowed by what appeared to be sounds from a pornographic film playing in the studio.
Conducted in Hamburg, noises could be heard during the draw, which drew wild speculation on social media.
Paddy Power tweeted: "Someone in the crowd is being porno noised. Absolute scenes."
A video then provided the evidence that someone had fallen for the prank.
"LOOOOOOL," wrote one person.
"Superb," said a second.
One user, named Daniel Jarvis on X, later confessed to being the person behind the prank, posting a video to the app of him during the moment the noises could be heard.
As for the draw itself, England have been presented with some tricky ties.
They will have a repeat of the Euro 2020 semi final when they take on Denmark. They also face Slovenia, who are at the Euros for the first time since 2000 and Serbia.
The full group stage is as follows:
Group A: Germany, Scotland, Hungary, Switzerland
Group B: Spain, Croatia, Italy, Albania
Group C: Slovenia, Denmark, Serbia, England
Group D: Play-off winner A (Poland/Wales/Finland/Estonia), Netherlands, France, Austria
Group E: Belgium, Slovakia, Romania, play-off winner B (Israel/Bosnia and Herzegovina/Ukraine/Iceland)
Group F: Turkey, play-off winner B (Georgia/Greece/Kazakstan/Luxembourg), Portugal, Czech Republic
