Looks a bit Australian, don't you think?
The good people at Footy Headlines have today released the leaked images for the new England goalkeeping kit, that will be worn at this year's World Cup in Russia. It is, of course, bright yellow, and features green (?) as the secondary colour.
Why are there weird looking scratch marks on the sleeves? I don't know. I'm not sure the design team at Nike know. But this is what they've gone for. This is what they've had loads of meetings about and decided is the best they've got, so hats off to them. They tried.
The kit has also changed the "WE WON THE WORLD CUP ONCE YOU KNOW" star over the badge to green, for some reason.
Will we have another green star after this summer? Almost certainly not with Fraser Forster or Joe Hart in goal dressed as a gigantic slightly under-ripe banana.
