Academy graduate Jon Flanagan will also leave the club seven years on from making his first-team debut. The 25-year-old played regularly for the club as they challenged for the Premier League title in the 2013/14 but had not featured for the senior side since the Carabao Cup defeat to Leicester City last September.
The departures were announced in Liverpool's Premier League released and retained statement which also confirmed the club would be letting go of youth players Toni Gomes, Paulo Alves, Mich'el Parker, Jordan Williams, Anthony Glennon, Jordan Hunter and Harvey Whyte. Yan Dhanda, the statement added, had agreed to a free transfer to Swansea City following their relegation from the Premier League.
