Arsenal set to announce signing of highly rated Sampdoria midfielder

Arsenal have completed the signing of Lucas Torreira, according to reports from highly respected journalist Fabrizio Romano. It was suggested that the deal would be put on hold during for the World Cup, but it seems the deal has been rushed through in order to allow the 22-year-old to Russia with no distractions. Uruguay will begin their World Cup campaign against Egypt on Friday.
