While most Premier League clubs use their pre-season matches as an excuse to get fitter and boost the financial coffers with some lucrative trips to China, Indonesia, USA etc, Everton adopted a different approach by choosing some whipping boys and, well, whipping the absolute shite out of them.
Their recent pre-season friendly match in Austria finished ATV Irdning 0-22 Everton. No, that's not a typo.
