Erling Haaland has gone to visit Paul Pogba's Cheshire mansion, which is worth £3m, as he prepares to move to England to start his new life at Manchester City.

Pogba is set to rejoin Juventus on a free transfer after leaving Manchester United at the end of the season and is therefore looking to move out his current property.

Haaland is house hunting ahead of his debut Premier League season

Ahead of his debut Premier League season Haaland is looking for somewhere to live and Pogba's house was recently placed on the market to rent for £30,000 a month. Bit expensive.

The house contains an array of features which include a heated swimming pool, sauna, gym and the infamous 'Paul Pogba arena' - an indoor football pitch which has LED lighting, a scoreboard and of course, the Frenchman's initials carved into the centre circle.

One source told The Sun"Erling is keen to get settled down as quickly as possible so he can hit the ground running at City.

"He and Paul know each other and share the same management team.

"Given how Paul's time at United has gone, he's unlikely to return to the UK so he will be looking to sell his house but he would be happy to rent it if necessary.

"Paul and Erling are quite similar characters. They like to enjoy themselves so it could really appeal to him."

Haaland and his father, Alfie, also visited three other properties last week as they bid to get the 21-year-old settled ahead of his first pre-season under Pep Guardiola.

The Norwegian's first game in the Premier League will be a trip to West Ham United on Sunday August 7.
