Epic backflip catch takes skill and agility to a new level (Video)

This might be the best catch we’ve ever seen.

You’re not 100% sure what’s about to happen when Steve Levine coasts out over a body of water on a swing, but then his buddy Tanner Harmon releases an American football and the magic happens.

We’d struggle with the backflip on its own, and to be perfectly honest we’re not that good at catching. Or throwing.

Combining it all makes for the perfect storm…and a truly epic video.
