England fans without tickets have attempted to storm the barriers at Wembley Stadium ahead of the Euro 2020 final more than two hours before kick off. Video footage recorded at the scene shows fans barging through the fences put up around the stadium and racing up the stairs, at which point they will presumably try to squeeze through the turnstiles. https://twitter.com/MirrorFootball/status/1414268576442331143?s=20 With all the positivity surrounding the England side right now and the sense of togetherness they have garnered, scenes like this are bitterly disappointing if not surprising. https://twitter.com/NewsForAllUK/status/1414268273487716360 There will be more than 60,000 fans with tickets in the stadium by kick-off, and seemingly a few more without tickets. All I'll say is, keep wearing your mask after July 19th.
