Dwight Yorke has been "denied entry" into the United States.

Reports emerged on Friday that the former Manchester United striker was allegedly denied access at Miami airport because he has an Iranian stamp on his passport. Yorke received the stamp after playing a charity game in Tehran in 2015, held to raise money for sufferers of multiple sclerosis. Luis Figo, Roberto Carlos, Fabio Cannavaro, Marcel Desailly and Edgar Davids also featured in the game. The United club ambassador had been on punditry duty on beIN Sports on Thursday night, and presenter Richard Keys vented his frustrations about the situation on Twitter, mentioning Donald Trump.
